Yatai Match Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Xrete LLC ("Xrete", "we", "us") for your use of Yatai Match: Night Market Tiles (the "Game"), including its online features and in-game purchases. By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Who can play

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Game and make purchases with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed, not sold. Xrete and its licensors own all rights in the Game, including its art, music, code, characters and trademarks.

3. Your account and nickname

The Game creates an anonymous online account for cloud save, leaderboards and friends, and you may link it to Google Play Games. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you choose a nickname, it must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading or impersonate anyone else. We may change or remove nicknames that break these rules. You can delete your online account at any time in Settings > Account.

4. Virtual items and purchases

• The Game includes virtual items such as coins, boosters, lives, tile sets, the Lucky Cat Bank and Remove Ads. You may buy some of them with real money or earn them by playing.
• Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of value outside the Game, and cannot be sold or transferred to other players. They are part of your licence, not property you own.
• Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are governed by their terms. All sales are final except where the store's refund policy or the law where you live gives you a right to a refund. Refund requests go to the store you bought from.
• Prices are shown in the Game in your local currency as provided by the store. The Game does not sell random rewards for real money.
• Use Restore Purchases in Settings to recover permanent purchases (such as Remove Ads) on a new device.
• We may change, rebalance or retire virtual items. If we permanently close the Game, unused virtual items will be lost, except where the law requires otherwise.

5. Ads

The Game offers optional rewarded video ads from Google AdMob that you can choose to watch for in-game rewards. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the products or services they promote. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Rules of play

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, or modify, hack or tamper with the Game, its save data, scores or purchases;
• copy, decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the Game, except where the law expressly allows it;
• interfere with our servers or other players' enjoyment of the Game;
• use the Game for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse or impersonate others.

If you break these rules, we may reset scores, remove leaderboard entries or nicknames, or suspend or close your online account.

7. Online features and updates

Cloud save, leaderboards, friends and Lantern Race need an internet connection and rely on third-party services such as Unity Gaming Services and Google Play. We try to keep them running, but they may sometimes be unavailable, and we may change, suspend or end any feature. You may need to install updates to keep playing.

8. Ending these Terms

You can stop using the Game at any time by deleting your account in Settings > Account and uninstalling the Game. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if we stop offering the Game. Sections 4, 9, 10, 11 and 12 continue to apply after these Terms end.

9. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or that your progress will never be lost. Some countries do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Xrete will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress or virtual items. Our total liability to you for any claim about the Game is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring claims in your local courts.

12. Apple App Store

If you download the Game from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and Xrete only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game, and is not responsible for any claims relating to it, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. If the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a US Government embargo and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when we add features. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date, and we will tell you in the Game about significant changes. If you keep playing after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
